Our platform does not require monetary deposits, making refunds unnecessary for standard gameplay.
All virtual goods, including points and rewards, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Users can cancel participation in contests at any time before the match starts.
Users may exit or cancel their contest participation without penalties before the start of the game.
Once a contest starts, cancellations are no longer permitted. Game progress is final.
